The Andhra Pradesh District Selection Committee (AP DSC) has released notification for the examination of different teaching posts which will be scheduled from 15th to 30th March 2024. This examination is conducted to recruit 6100 candidates for various teaching vacancies like School Accountant, Assistants, JOA, Secondary Grade Teachers, Principals, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs), Physical Education Techer, PET/SA (PE).

Andhra Pradesh DSC Teacher Test Schedule
The test will be scheduled from 15th to 30th March 2024 at different examination location throughout the Andhra. The AP DSC Examination 2024 is classified into two shifts to keep various applicants. The information of the exam schedule is mentioned below:
- Morning Shift (Schedule I) – This shift begin from 9:30 AM and complete at 12:00 PM. The examination time for this shift is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Afternoon Shift (Schedule II) – This shift start from 2:30 PM and end at 5:30 PM, total time duration of this is 3 hours.

Verify all the detail on mentioned in your admit card, like your full name, image, signature, test date, time, and center, to confirm validity. Provide feedback if any dissimilarity found to the official instantly. Check your examination venue before the due date to prevent from any confusion occur during the examination date.
Make sure you must have admit card with a latest photo updated ID proof (such as Aadhar, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc.) and keep them available for the examination day. AP DSC Teacher Notification Selection Procedure
- Weightage Score – Applicant marks are checked depending on the score in the Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) and the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET). The TRT calculated an 80% weightage, with the TET consist of 20% to the final weightage performance.
- Personal Test Interview / Original Document Verification – After the weightage marks calculation, shortlisted applicants have to go through a Personal Interview round and used to undergo the document verification procedure. This round checks the applicant’s availability for teaching posts and checks the validity of their qualifications with original documents.
- Final Round Merit List – The selection procedure include the get ready a Final Merit List depending on applicants’ score in the TRT, TET, with interview round, as well as the score of document verification. Applicants who got higher rank in the last Merit List are eligible for appointment as teaching vacancy, subject to post availability including reservation policies.
