HPPSC SHIMLA Junior Office Assistant Posts (Accounts) 2024
Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission has released notification for interested and suitable candidates to fill up 42 vacancies of Junior Office Assistant (Accounts) in H.P state civil supplies Corportation limited. Applicants have to apply online and used to fill their application via official portal of the commission i.e http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in.

Necessary Qualifications
Bachelor Of commerce (B.COM) in COMMERCE from a recognized university/institution.
Desirable Education
Basic awareness about customs, manners and dialects of state and suitability for appointment in any conditions falling in the Pradesh.
HOW TO APPLY Via Online
Brief details for filing Online Recruitment Application (ORA) are present on the portal of the official Commission i.e. “http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc”.
Also you can check following points if you have any doubt before filling the form.
1. The suitable and energetic aspirants can go to the official domain of the public Commission of state (http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) and click on the option as “Apply Online” mentioned on the Home Screen. On the next page the aspirants will select the link as “One Time Registration (OTR) for Exams” and then on the next page you can register yourself and make your profile by selecting the “New Registration” if not done previously.
2.Before submitting online application form, the applicant have to provide an undertaking or declaration that it state: – “It is clarified that I have checked the all the certificates uploaded documents and I stated that all documents/certificate are original, readable, valid and true to the nature. And I will not object my candidature will get rejected depending on the any reasons of uploaded certificate/docs being non-readable/ not good quality or scanning issue.”
3. No more opportunity will be provided to the aspirants for submission of any kind of documents once the submission date of online recruitment application is exhausted.
4. An application which is submitted through online medium will be seemed to have been successfully submitted only after debit of fee which has been acknowledged and the mentioned amount is credited to Commission account on time.
JOA Accounts Paper Pattern
Two kind of exam is being conducted by the commission one is of having objective type Questions (MCQ) along with negative marking for incorrect answer and following pattern is preferred as:
a) Exam-1 A computer Based Test (CBT) / Offline Test of 1 hour period of having 100 marks which include the Multiple type Questions (MCQ) including negative mark for each wrong answers you attempt.
I. State Gk (Himachal Pradesh) = 30 Marks
II. GK of National and International level = 30 Marks
III Hindi language Questions = 20 Marks
IV. English language Questions = 20 Marks
b) Paper-II
Exam second include Subject Aptitude Test (SAT) (multiple type) of maximum two hours period of total 100 marks.
