Brief information instructions for filling Online Recruitment Application (ORA) for HPSCB Junior Clerk Bank 2024 are visible on the portal of the Commission at www.hpscb.com
1. Interested applicants can apply online via official portal of the Commission through www.hpscb.com. Applications form received via any other medium will not be entertained and will be directly disposed of.
2. The suitable and desired aspirants can check the official portal of the Commission (http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) and select the option as “Apply Online” in the home Page section. On the next page the applicants will select the link “One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations” and on the next page user will have to register and create his / her id by selecting on “New Registration” if not registered previously. After complete registration or if already registered the aspirants will have to log into his / her profile in OTR page, Once logged in, the list of latest news and advertisements will be available to the aspirants on the home page. Applicants will have to apply for a required position via this site.
The application of the aspirants will be submitted only after uploading of necessary documents as per notification. Before submission of application form, the aspirants will have to provide an undertaking/ declaration that: – “It is certified that I have checked the preview of all the required uploaded documents and I am satisfied that documents are valid, readable and true. That I shall not object to rejection of my application depending the sole reasons of uploaded documents / certificate being non-readable/ poor quality of scanning.”
3. No further opportunity will be provided to the applicants for submission of any certificates after the submission of online recruitment form.
4. An application uploaded via online method will be considered to have been successfully uploaded only after successful payment of fee payment has been submitted to the account of the Commission.
5. Online Recruitment Application (ORA) once submitted will not be allow any change except change of category as per process mentioned in Rule 5(iv) of HPPSC (Procedure and Transaction of Business) Rules, 2023.
6. Application form without scanned latest photo or signature will be rejected instantly.

Note-1: The center(s) holding the exam(s) are eligible to be changed at the discretion of the Commission. However, every any effort will be made to provide the examination centre (s) of their choice to the applicants. But, the Commission may, at its discretion, while making allotment a different centre to a applicants acc to it.
Note-2: In case of CBT (Computer Based Test) exam center(s) will be allotted to the aspirants at the discretion of the Commission means on the basis of availability of Computer Test Lab, which is available in the State.
