Age Limit:
For principal posts maximum age of applying candidates must be 45 and it should be 40 years maximum for lecturer posts.
Qualification Needed:
Applicant must have cleared Degree /Diploma courses in any branch of engineering which is approved by technical university for principal posts and for lecturer posts applicants must have done degree or master degree in first class form valid university for college.

Eligibility Criteria for TPSC Recruitment 2016
Qualification:-
- Principal: Applicant must have cleared Degree in any branch of Engineering with one year professional teaching experience or Diploma in any branch of Engineering with 5 years professional teaching experience in Engineering workshop or an Industrial Institute.
- Lecturer: Candidates have done first Class Bachelors Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering in the respective from AICTE approved college/Institutions/university.
Age Limit:-
Candidate’s age must be maximum 45 years for Post 1 and it should be max of 40 years for Post 2 as on 30.06.2016. Age Relaxation is given up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH applicants and Govt. Servants.
Application Fee:
Job seekers have to pay examination fee of Rs.200/- who relate to General category and Rs. 150/- for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped person for Group A vacancies, Rs.150/- for General category applicants and Rs. 100/- for ST/SC/BPL card holders/ Physically Handicapped applicants for Group B vacancies , Rs.100/- for General category and Rs. 50/- for ST/SC/BPL card holders/ Physically Handicapped applicants for Group C vacancies which can be submitted at :The Tripura Gramin Bank, A/C No. 14711 in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission, Agartala via any branch /Extension counters of Tripura Gramin Bank in State. For the applicants related outside of the Tripura Fee must be submitted To: The A/C No. 31176521319 of the State Bank of India (core banking branches) in favour of the ‘Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission, Agartala’.
Selection Procedure:
Applicants can get selected on the basis of their performance in Screening Test as well in Personality Test round.
