ITBP Recruitment 2016 (Indo Tibetan Border Police Force)

Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200/- + G.P 2400/-
Age Bar:
Applying candidate age must be 20 to 25 years. Means applicants not born before 22nd April 1991 and later than 22nd April 1996. Relaxation in age is also provided to SC/ST candidates up to 5 years and it is for 3 years for OBC candidates. And 3 years in case of EX-serviceman applicants.
Selection Process:
Height Test, Race, Physical Slandered Test, Written Test, Medical Test
Height of Male Applicants: 170 cms
Height of Female Applicants: 157 cms
Chest For Male Applicant: 80 cms (Min. 5 cms expansion is required)
Male Applicants have to complete 1.6 Kms race in 10 Minutes and in 12 minutes for female applicants. For ex-serviceman are not required to appear in the race.
Applicants have to attend the written exam of 100 marks which consist of objective type test. Which is simply came from five different parts like English, General Hindi, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude test, Simple Reasoning. And each part consists of 20 marks. Qualifying marks for general applicants is 35% and 33% for ex-serviceman and other category candidates
Merit List: Merit list can be prepared after written test for each category applicants like general, OBC, ST/SC, ex-serviceman and on the basis of that selection would be continue.
Weight: As per medical standard of height and age for both male and female applicants.
Eye Sight: The minimum required vision must be 6/6 and 6/9 for both eyes without using any lenses. Color blindness applicants are not eligible for these posts. Any kind of permanent tattoo on body is not wearable.
Application Fee:
Applicants have to deposit Non-Refundable fee of Rs 50 who belong to General and OBC category. In form of Indian Postal Order (IPO). There is no need to submit application fee for SC/ST, female, and Ex-Serviceman.

1 Education Certificate.
2 Date Of Birth certificate as per 10th standard.
3 Professional Experience certificate if have any.
4 Any caste certificate.
5 Domicile certificate provided by local authorities, aadhaar card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport Copy for citizenship verification.
6 Discharge certificate for Ex-serviceman.
7 One latest Photo pasted on Application Form.
8 Two self Addressed envelope with Rs 5/- postage stamp fixed on each envelop.
